2. In the RUN box type regedit and press enter.
3. Open the folder HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
4. Now open the CLSID folder
5. Now open the folder {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
6. Open the ShellFolder
7. Now double click on Attributes and change the data value from "40 01 00 20" to "50 01 00 20".After you done this change the CallForAttributes dword value to"0x00000000"( to do this double-click on it and change value to 0).
After you do all this steps you will be able to rename your Recycle Bin to anything you wish.
